Bringing the Spirit of Christmas to Livingston and EBR Parish
This Christmas, the true spirit of the holiday season came alive as Pinnacle Search and Rescue devoted the day to delivering joy and warmth to families in Livingston and East Baton Rouge (EBR) Parishes. With boxes of delicious Christmas dinners and hearts full of love, Jon and I, alongside our incredible team, had the privilege of bringing smiles to those in need.
A Day Filled with Gratitude and Connection
From teachers supporting students to foster parents opening their homes, volunteers lending their time, and flood survivors sharing their journeys, we encountered remarkable individuals who embody resilience and kindness. Each encounter reminded us of the strength within our communities.
Jon even reconnected with families he helped during the devastating August 2016 floods. Their stories—of triumphs, frustrations, and unyielding hope—left an indelible mark on our hearts.
The True Spirit of Christmas
There’s no better way to feel the magic of Christmas than by stepping out and making a difference in someone’s life. Delivering meals wasn’t just about food; it was about fostering connection, spreading hope, and showing that no one is alone during the holidays.
Made Possible by You
The generosity of our donors fuels our ability to carry out these acts of service. Without your contributions, efforts like this wouldn’t be possible. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for enabling us to share the joy of Christmas with so many deserving families.
Merry Christmas and God Bless You All!
Together, we can continue to build stronger, more compassionate communities. Wishing everyone a joyful holiday season filled with love, peace, and the warmth of giving.

With gratitude,
Laurie Bridgers
